Terrifying moment five female racing drivers crash in six-car horror pile-up with two rushed to hospital at Belgian GP

SIX W-Series drivers were involved in a horror crash during the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa, the venue for Sunday’s F1 race. Ayla Agren and Beitske Visser were taken to hospital following the shocking incident in the female-only event but evaded serious injury. The drama unfolded when British driver Sarah Moore, 27, lost control at the corner and span into the tyre wall. Dutch star Visser, 26, Norwegian-Spanish ace Agren, 28, and Spaniard Marta Garcia, 21, went crashing into the British pair. Visser’s car was sent flying up in the air before a sixth driver – not caught on camera – hit Visser and ended up upside down. Agren and Visser were hospitalised but both drivers have since confirmed they’ve not suffered any broken bones.
