With the 2019/20 ABB FIA Formula E Championship at an end, following the nine-day six-race finale at Berlin’s Tempelhof Airport Circuit, we’re taking a look back at the campaign in pictures. The downturn in Berlin was inexplicable, with the Kiwi managing a best of just seventh on the way to seventh spot in the Drivers’ standings. Team-mate James Calado’s rookie year was a tough one; seventh in Saudi Arabia the Brit’s best finish. Jani wound up 20th, with a best of sixth in Round 10 and scored just a point for every nine his team-mate tallied. Four top ten finishes over the season saw him edge former team-mate Pascal Wehrlein’s Berlin replacement Alex Lynn by just a point in the end, having completed five more rounds than the Brit.
