Freddie Rahmer holds the top spot in the Eastern region, while Joe B. Miller leads the Mid-America region. Cap Henry heads the Great Lakes region, with Mark Dobmeier on top of the Great Plains region. Justin Sanders moved to the top of the Western region, with Trey Starks on top in the Northwest region.
