David Gravel earned his 13th victory of the season Thursday night at The Dirt Track at Charlotte and continues to lead the National Sprint Car Rankings with only one week of racing remaining the season. Gravel ends his season with an average finish of 3.349 in 78 starts. Brad Sweet, who secured his fifth consecutive World of Outlaws championship with his 13th triumph of the season on Saturday night, ranks third with a 3.603 average finish. Nine hundred and 12 racers have run a winged 410 sprint car race this season. Freddie Rahmer holds the top spot in the Eastern region, while Joe B. Miller leads the Mid-America region.
