Christian Horner will on Friday make his first public appearance, at Red Bullâs car launch, since he was accused of âinappropriate behaviourâ by a female member of staff. Horner will not be drawn on the specifics of the issue but will confront what the controversy potentially means for Red Bullâs focus on their world championship defence. Horner and Halliwell were married in May 2015, with former F1 supremo Ecclestone the best man for the Red Bull team principal. In response to the allegations, Horner said: ‘I completely deny the claims.’. Red Bull earlier said: ‘Having being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation. Last season was the most dominant in the sport’s history with Red Bull winning 21 out of a possible 22 races. Horner has held the role as team principal since Red Bull joined Formula One as its own team in 2005.
