Max Verstappen is reportedly keen to set aside his rivalries and partner up with a fellow Formula 1 driver to race in the 24 hours of Le Mans. ‘What I do want to race is the 24 hours of Le Mans,’ Verstappen said on his future ambitions at the Honda Thanks Day, per The Sun. ‘I have already been there, when my father raced in Le Mans. And when asked who his ideal partner for the race would be, Verstappen revealed that he had already been speaking with Aston Martin driver Fernando Alonso about joining up as a partnership. ‘I’ve been talking to Fernando (Alonso) about it,’ Verstappen said.
