CASA GRANDE, Ariz. — The second night of the Showdown At CAR saw another crowded pit area with 117 cars signed in with four IMCA divisions in competition. Austin Kuehl took second from Schultz with an inside pass on turn four with five laps remaining and settled for second. Silber won his first modified main on his third time racing in the division with a flawless drive. A yellow with four laps left gave Czarneski clear sailing and Sluka tried inside and outside moves but finished second to Czarneski while Bo Partain was third. Parker stretched his lead as laps were used up but suddenly slowed and dropped out putting Kuehl into the lead.
