Checo and Lance gained crucial knowledge of the RP20 in wet conditions during a productive opening day of running for Formula 1’s 2020 Hungarian Grand Prix. Not to be deterred, we sent both cars out to gain valuable understanding of the RP20 in the conditions, with Checo and Lance completing five and six laps respectively. Checo: “Today was a good opportunity to prove that we had found improvements in wet conditions compared to Austria. “Everyone was on different programmes today and there was only the one practice session in ideal conditions, but I think we’ve made a good step in further understanding our car.”. I think we’ve made a good step in those conditions compared to last weekend, which is a positive.
