Checo and Lance had a tricky qualifying session for Formula 1’s Belgian Grand Prix, sealing eighth and ninth on the grid respectively. – conditions, Lance and Checo set times comfortably within the Top 10. ‍ In Q1, our boys were able to comfortably seal a place in Q2 after their runs on the Soft compound – Lance shooting up to P5 after setting a 1.43.265 lap. Checo would go into P8 moments after Lance right in the final moments of the session after lapping in 1.43.349 – the intra-team battle between our boys proving close once again!. Lance again had the edge, moving into P6 with a 1.42.491 effort, as Checo slotted into P8 with his best effort of 1.42.670. It was Checo who came out on top this time after lapping in 1.42.532 for P8, while Lance’s minor lock-up at the final chicane cost him time and his 1.42.603 time secured P9.
