FINDLAY, Ohio — There is a glimmer of hope that Millstream Speedway may get new life. The three-eighths-mile dirt track has been sold to Matt and Beth Cogley, who confirmed their company, MS Properties, purchased the facility from Greg and Mary Beth Roe, who have owned it in recent years. “First, we want to thank Greg and Mary Beth Roe for trusting us with this jewel,” Beth Cogley wrote. Millstream Speedway opened as a five-eighths-mile track in 1954 and was shortened to three-eighths-mile in 1960. In addition to Millstream Speedway, the track has also been known as Flag City Speedway and Findlay Speedway.
