The NTT INDYCAR SERIES was featured April 1 at the annual Easter Egg Roll at the White House in Washington, with more than 40,000 children and parents in attendance. INDYCAR’s kid-friendly activities included many of the machinery and programs drivers use to achieve and maintain the physical fitness necessary to drive in the world’s most competitive racing series. “Interacting with the kids and taking in their excitement as they see their first race car and learn more about INDYCAR is really fun and memorable.”. A coloring sheet depicting INDYCAR safety features also was provided to each child. From the physical fitness required of drivers to the safety and technology present in each car, a true INDYCAR “EGGucation” was provided to all.
