CONCORD, N.C. – Brett Moffitt has been named the polesitter for Friday’s NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series event at Dover Int’l Speedway. 23 GMS Racing Chevrolet Silverado will start from the pole based on NASCAR’s new starting lineup formula. The formula utilizes a driver’s finishing position from the most recent race (weighted at 50 percent), owner points position (35 percent) and the fastest lap from the previous race (15 percent). Sheldon Creed, winner of last Sunday’s race on the Daytona Int’l Speedway road course, will start second. Austin Hill, Matt Crafton and Raphael Lessard will start third through fifth.
