Sweden’s Johan Kristoffersson, the double FIA World Rallycross Champion, has taken the first TQ (top qualifier) position of the 2020 FIA World Rallycross Championship season at Holjes-Sweden. The 2019 World RX Drivers’ Champion Timmy Hansen, from Sweden, will start in P2 in semi-final 2, next to Ekstrom, with the Team Hansen Peugeot 208. 2019 FIA European Rallycross Champion, Robin Larsson is P5 overall and another Swede, Kevin Hansen is P6. Larsson will be accompanied by Finland’s Niclas Gronholm on row 2 of semi-final 1, and ALL-INKL.COM Muennich Motorsport’s Timo Scheider will start on row 2 of semi-final 2 together with Hansen. The 2019 World RX of Sweden winner, Sebastian Eriksson, will start together with GRX Taneco’s Timur Timerzyanov on row 3 of semi-final 2. If any of the top 12 fail to make it to pre-grid for the semi-finals, Norway’s Bakkerud, who finished P2 in the World RX Drivers’ Championship last season, is first reserve.
