Junior WRC: Poised Pajari powers on

Sami Pajari strengthened his advantage at the head of the FIA Junior WRC category at Rally Estonia with another powerful performance on Saturday. The Finn started the longest leg of the championship’s third round with a 12.9sec advantage over Jon Armstrong and more than doubled his lead in the opening Peipsiääre speed test. With his lead approaching half a minute, Pajari could afford to measure his pace through the fast and dusty gravel roads near Tartu. He only won one of the nine special stages but that was enough for him to wrap up the penultimate leg with a 38.2sec lead in his Ford Fiesta Rally4.
