This International Women’s Day, we’re highlighting some of the diverse roles held by women across Formula E. The ABB FIA Formula E Championship has proudly championed women since its inception, from drivers, team principals and senior figures to those in the media, communications and technology. Here’s what some of our current team had to say about working in motorsport on International Women’s Day. “An opportunity arose for me to work in Jaguar TCS Racing Team, from the Jaguar I-PACE E-TROPHY and I jumped at it. Once you start and get into this world, it’s very hard to leave. “It’s really great to work in a World Championship, especially in a Chinese team. I don’t think there are any jobs that a boy can do, that the girls cannot. “I never saw myself necessarily working in motorsport, but it’s all about putting your hand up for opportunities that come your way.
