WATSONVILLE, Calif. — Shane Golobic won the 30-lap Taco Bravo 360 Sprint Car Series feature Friday night at Ocean Speedway. Golobic won his first series feature, holding off a fast closing Corey Day after finishing second the previous week. Polesitter Keith Day Jr. finished in the third spot ahead of Golobic’s teammate Ryan Bernal and Dominic Scelzi. The restart put Golobic side by side with Day however the field did not complete a lap before Adam Kaeding and Kurt Nelson double flipped off the first turn banking. Once the race restart, Golobic would pass Day in the fourth turn to lead the next lap.
