The Alpine Formula One team have endured an underwhelming season on the circuit, but sporting A-listers have not been put off investing in the French team. Alpine and Otro Capital were up front in the press release about what they hoped to gain from the latest backers to the team. Brand building, after all, was behind French manufacturer Renault’s decision to rebrand the team as Alpine back in 2021. ‘I’m excited to be joining Otro Capital’s group as an investor in Alpine F1 along with my brother Tyler.’ The excitement, the fact that it’s both a team sport and an individual sport at the same time is exciting to me.
