An F1 great turned reporter has been slammed as ‘rude’ and ‘disrespectful’ after blanking Aussie Oscar Piastri at the Singapore Grand Prix. Sky Sports personality Martin Brundle has earned the ire of Aussie racing fans after he began interviewing Piastri before suddenly focusing his attention elsewhere. ‘Oscar, bad luck in qualifying, you’ve got some work to do in the race,’ Brundle began. As Brundle shouted, Piastri walked off, leaving the commentator with nobody to interview. I am glad that Oscar walked off and I hope he blanks Brundle in future,’ said another. ‘I don’t want to hear any more complaining from Brundle when celebrities ignore him,’ posted yet another. As Brundle persisted, the staff member then said live on air: ‘No, nuh-uh.
