Aussie Formula One legend Alan Jones has stated that Daniel Ricciardo has run out of time to regain a seat with Red Bull. Ricciardo, who currently drives for AlphaTauri, says that he is ‘back in love’ with the sport, having spent some time away from Formula 1 last year. ‘I think (Ricciardo) has run out of time a little bit in that department,’ Jones told Wide World of Sports. ‘I honestly believe Daniel’s probably lost the chance of getting back to Red Bull.’. ‘I think at one stage, Daniel was too preoccupied with the bullshit going on outside the cockpit as opposed to what was going on inside the cockpit,’ Jones said.
