MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Matt DiBenedetto will not return to the Rackley W.A.R. Di Benedetto, who won his only NASCAR national series race with the team last year, issued a statement on social media on Wednesday (Aug. 30) afternoon. “I am very thankful to have been a part of the team’s tremendous growth over these two years. I’m thankful for the opportunity Rackley W.A.R., Curtis, Willie, Chevrolet, and all of our partners have given me these past two years and for believing in me.”. The 32-year-old driver added that he has nothing lined up for next season. DiBenedetto, who spent six years racing in the NASCAR Cup Series, has raced the past two years in the Rackley W.A.R.
