Circuit layout unveiled for Formula E’s first race in Misano

Formula E is heading to Italy’s Adriatic coast and Misano for the first Misano E-Prix – a double-header of races on 13 & 14 April and here’s the track that’ll play host. The Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, or Misano Circuit Sic 58, is located in the Rimini province of Italy and was designed in 1969 before opening in 1972. For Formula E’s visit, the circuit will run to 3.381km with 14 turns and clockwise, infield at Turns 1, 2, 3 and 4 before returning to the GP layout down towards what will be Turn 5 and the Turn 7 hairpin.
