There are some tantalising match-ups in the grids for the first round of qualifying for the World RX Esports Invitational – the Catalunya Edition. The entry list features World RX regulars, WRC and GT stars, Youtubers and professional gamers. The 2019 world champion Timmy Hansen lines up in Race 4 beside poleman Kevin Abbring, the Dutch World RX racer and sim specialist in a Renault Clio and Spanish rally ace Cohete Suarez (Renault Megane). The event will be run along similar lines to a real World RX round with four qualifiers, semi-finals and final.
