The all-new WINDTRE Rising Stars draws to a close this week as the third and last regional final gets underway on Wednesday as finalists from Europe and Africa aim to make their mark on a global audience. These three are the Americas (North and South), Europe and Africa, and finally Asia and Oceania. COTA, Motegi and Aragon host the three finals from the three regions on the 7th, 14th and 21st of October. The final for Europe and Africa starts on Wednesday 21st October at 18.00 (GMT +2).
