MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Extreme sports star Travis Pastrana is making his return to NASCAR competition for the first time since 2017 during Saturday’s NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series event at Kansas Speedway. Pastrana, who revealed the news in an Instagram post on Thursday, will drive the No. 40 Plan B Sales Chevrolet Silverado in Saturday’s second Truck Series race of the weekend. Ross Chastain will drive the truck in Friday’s event at the 1.5-mile tri-oval before turning his attention to Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race. “I always enjoy coming to race in NASCAR, especially the Truck Series,” said Pastrana. He last raced in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series in 2017, finishing 22nd at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
