Lewis Hamilton crashed into the wall on his way into the pits and lost out on pole position for the Russian Grand Prix. Sainz is flying, Hamilton is back out, everyone is on slicks… Here he goes for his first timed lap on the fastest tyres… Hamilton goes above Bottas after his first lap, starting on intermediate tyres. George Russell signals for slicks on the radio, and it looks like the rest of the grid will follow suit. Bottas, Hamilton, Alonso, Norris, Perez, Ocon, Stroll, Ricciardo, Russell and Sainz are competing. George Russell makes it into Q3 again, finally getting his lap right and moving up to ninth. Norris goes above Gasly with another very strong wet lap only for Hamilton to shoot to the top of the standings. Can Hamilton set himself up to bag some big points over Verstappen on Sunday?
